The RedHawk volleyball team, fresh off an eye-opening weekend that saw them down No. 10 Wisconsin and win the UNLV Tournament Championship, travels to Tennessee Tech for Friday and Saturday games.
The Miami field hockey squad has outscored its opponents, 20-5, in four 2008 games. They will travel to Mount Pleasant, Mich. for a MAC-opening game against Central Michigan on Friday and Colgate on Saturday.
Miami Soccer hosts DePaul on Friday at 5 p.m. and Louisville at 2 p.m. on Sunday with both games at the Miami Soccer Field. These are the final two home games before a four-game road trip that includes a West Coast swing.
After a weekend off, the Miami women's cross country team travels to East Lansing, Mich. for the Spartan Invitational. This meet is a great early-season challenge for the RedHawks against some strong competition.
Yager Stadium will host RedHawk Football's third game of the 2008 season as Miami hosts Charleston Southern. Kick-off is scheduled for 3 p.m.
