After 12 years of service in the Miami University Athletic Ticket Office, Nancy Holley will be retiring on Oct. 30, 2012.
Noted as fan favorite in the office with several customers requesting to work directly with her for their ticketing needs, Holley's primary responsibilities have been customer service and customer relations. She has worked hundreds of athletic events and has assisted with game day hockey setup, football recruit tickets, and hiring and managing student workers to name a few of her day-to-day duties.
She began her tenure in the Miami Athletic Ticket Office on July 30, 2000, and has built strong relationships not only with the customers but with students who have worked for the Athletic Ticket Office over the years.
"Nancy has been an integral part of the Athletic Ticket Office for the past 12 years," said Director of Ticket Operations Alex Weikel. "The fans know and love her dearly. We are so happy for Nancy, and she deserves this retirement! But we are definitely going to have a void to fill in the office."
