2012-13: Cross Country – Second-Team All-MAC … MAC Runner of the Week (Sept. 5) … ran in five of Miami’s six races, scoring in the top two for the RedHawks in each … won the season-opening Dayton Flyer 5K Challenge (Sept. 1) for the second straight year with a time of 15:19.7 … placed eighth at the MAC Championship meet with an 8K time of 25:02.3 … ran a season-best 24:35.2 8K at the Pre-Nationals meet (Oct. 13) … crossed in 38th at the 10K Great Lakes Regional Championship in 32:06 (Nov. 9) … was 11th overall at the Commodore Classic (Sept. 15) in 25:00.85. Track and Field – First-Team All-MAC … NCAA East Preliminary Rounds Qualifier … MAC Track Athlete of the Week (May 7) … MAC champion in the 1500m, clocking 3:51.66 … placed seventh in the 5000m run at the MAC Championships as well … advanced to the quarterfinals of the 1500m run at the NCAA East Prelims, placing 21st in the first round in a personal-best 3:44.12 … his time of 3:44.12 ranks him fifth in school history … finished 20th in the 1500m NCAA East quarterfinals (3:51.58) … won the 5K at Cincinnati’s Nikoloff Invitational in a season-best 14:35.27 … took first in the 1500m at the Miami Invitational (3:53.61) … posted a season-best 800m time of 1:51.85 to earn runner-up at the RedHawk Invitational.


 

2011-12: Cross Country -- First-Team All-MAC ... MAC Runner of the Week Sept. 13 ... ran in all seven races for the RedHawks, placing as Miami's top finisher in four of them and as the team's second scorer in the other three ... posted a career-best 8K time of 24:38.9 at the MAC Championships where he was Miami's top finisher and fifth overall ... won the Dayton 5K Challenge in 15:23.4 to start the season ... was victorious for a second straight week, winning the Miami Open for the second straight year in 25:39, earning the MAC Runner of the Week award ... was Miami's top finisher at the All-Ohio Championships and took seventh overall in 25:19.36 ... finished second for the RedHawks and third overall at the LSU Invitational to help Miami win the meet ... was Miami's second scorer and placed 62nd overall at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with a 10K personal-best time of 31:42.9. Track and Field -- Two-time MAC Track Athlete of the Week ... NCAA East Preliminary Rounds qualifier ... placed third in the 1500m at the MAC Championships (3:51.07) and was 14th in the 5K at the MAC meet (15:46.97) ... finished 37th at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds in the 1500m (3:53.80) ... recorded a personal-best time in the 1500m at the Jesse Owens Track Classic with a time of 3:46.32 ... took first place in the 1500m at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invitational with a time of 3:49.61 ... his 800m personal best time of 1:51.75 came at the Billy Hayes Invitational where he placed sixth ... set a personal best in the 5000m early in the season, running a 14:19.85 at Cincinnati's Oliver Nikoloff Invitational to earn runner-up ... finished the season in sixth place for the 1500m run on the Miami Track & Field all-time list with his 3:46.32 time and in 10th on the 800m list with a time of 1:51.75. 

2010-11: Cross Country -- MAC Runner of the Week Sept. 8 ... competed in all seven races, scoring in each and finishing no worse than fourth on the team in any race ... won the Miami Invitational for his first-career win in 25:38 and was also the team's top finisher at the Flyer 5K Challenge, taking third in a 5K personal-best 15:14 as he won his MAC award ... finished 21st at the MAC Championship as Miami's third finisher in 25:23.6 ... posted a career-best 8K time of 24:57.7 at the All-Ohio Championship where he was second on the team, taking 15th ... placed 101st at the Great Lakes Regional in 32:37.58, a 10K personal best ... was second on the team and 19th overall at the Spartan Invitational and was 15th at the Falcon Invitational. Track and Field -- Second-Team All-MAC ... two-time MAC Track Athlete of the Week on 3/29/11 and 5/10/11 ... placed second in the 1500m run with a time of 3:55.85 at the Mid-American Conference Championships ... also snagged sixth place and posted a time of 15:19.11 in the 5000m run while at the MAC Championships ... at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invitational, won the 800m run in 1:52.98 and placed first in the 1500m run after recording a time of 3:51.43, earning him MAC Track Athlete of the Week ... took first place in the RedHawk Invitational's 5000m run after a time of 14:58.34 ... set a career-best 1500m time of 3:48.56, which ranks eighth in school history, at the Miami Invitational finishing in third place ... posted a career-best 800m time of 1:52.48 to take eighth at the Billy Hayes Invitational, earning him his second MAC Track Athlete of the Week ... was the runner-up and set a personal-best time of 14:41.63 in the 5000m run at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational ... indoors, was the winner of the Rick Meindl Last Call 1000m run with a time of 2:31.83 ... was the first-place finisher in the mile run at the Cedarville Collegiate Invitational (indoors) in 4:18.55.

2009-10: Cross Country -- Ran in all six races in his first season ... placed 41st overall and eighth on the team at the MAC Championship in 27:31.1 ... ran season-best 8K time of 26:14.1 at Pre-Nationals in the open division ... finished 152nd and seventh on the team at the 10K Great Lakes Regional in 34:44.36 ... had a season-best 11th-place finish at the season-opening Dayton 5K in 15:29, placing sixth on the team (also a season best). Track and Field -- Competed in the MAC Championships in the 1500m run, finishing eighth with a time of 3:56:48 ... was Miami's first finisher and was fifth overall with a time of 4:24:53 in the mile run and helped Miami take second in the distance medley relay in 10:35:17 at the All-Ohio Indoor Championships ... won the 1000m run at the Rick Meindl Last Call (indoors) ... recorded a time of 4:01:91 at the Vanderbilt Invitational in the 1500m, good for second place ... was Miami's first finisher, placing third overall in the 3000m steeplechase at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational ... placed second among Miami runners in the 800m with a time 1:57:05 at the Miami Invitational for sixth place ... placed 10th in the 1500m at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championships ... took third in the 800m at the RedHawk Invitational.
