Listed below are several Miami football injury updates as of Monday morning. The RedHawks (4-7 overall, 3-4 MAC) host Ball State (8-3 overall, 5-2 MAC) Friday, Nov. 23 at Yager Stadium. Game time is 1 p.m.
• CB DAYONNE NUNLEY - The junior starter sustained what appeared to be a right leg injury during Saturday's game against Central Michigan. He was unable to walk off the field under his own power and did not return. Nunley's status for Friday's game is still unknown. Don Treadwell said his injury would be evaluated today and as the week progresses. Sophomore Chrishawn Dupuy is listed as No. 2 on the depth chart.
• DT AUSTIN BROWN - The senior captain will not play in Friday's regular season finale against Ball State and will likely seek another year of eligibility via a medical redshirt, according to Treadwell.
• DT MIKE JOHNS - The senior defensive lineman is listed as "out" for the team's final game of the season with an undisclosed injury.
