OXFORD, Ohio – A few months on the job, Miami head baseball coach Danny Hayden announced his first signings on Wednesday.

Hayden inked three players, right-handed pitcher Gustin Graham (Gallipolis, Ohio/Gallia Academy HS), outfielder/left-handed pitcher Nick Longo (Cleveland, Ohio/St. Ignatius HS) and right-handed pitcher Clay Shourd (Springfield, Ill./Springfield HS). That trio will be on Miami’s 2015 roster.

“We knew that this class would be small, but we feel we’ve added some really nice players with the limited amount of spots we had,” Hayden said. “While we continue to look for a few additions to this class, we are very excited about these three players. They have made our roster more talented. More importantly, they bring an energy, passion and love for baseball that our staff considers paramount.”
