OXFORD, Ohio – The Miami University volleyball team is proud to offer its “Winter Chill Players’ Clinic” on Saturday, Jan. 21. It is open to elementary and junior high students, and will offer two sessions. One is from 9 am-12:30 pm and a second from 1:30 pm-5 pm.
Both sessions offer the same objective, to teach basic volleyball skills to the young student. Both sessions will feature Miami volleyball head coach Carolyn Condit, her staff and the RedHawk student-athletes. This is not meant to be a recruiting showcase or a combine. Individual players can attend for $40, while if you have a group of eight, you can get a special reduced price of $35 per person. Coaches can attend for free.
Carolyn Condit has been the coach of Miami University for the past 28 years, and has led the team to two NCAA Tournaments in the last five seasons. Her teams have won seven Mid-American Conference Championships and have made eight NCAA Tournament appearances. She has been named the MAC Coach of the Year five times during her career.
