Bloomington, Ind. - Competition ended Saturday at the NCAA Zone C Diving Championships and none of the Miami's five men's and women's divers qualified to advance to the NCAA Championships.

The RedHawks' highest placer was Nikki Craft (Bay Village) who placed fourth in the women's three-meter event with a score of 638.95 behind winner Bianca Alvarez of Ohio State (772.45). Craft placed 11th in the one-meter competition (556.85) and Miami teammate Lacey Houser (Danville, IN) finished 13th (538.15).

On the men's side, JIMMY BERES placed ninth in the one-meter (637.15) and 11th on the three-meter board (653.85). Two other RedHawks, Chris Hoppler (Germantown, MD) and Mike Grainger (Cincinnati) placed 33rd and 34th, respectively, at three meters. Grainger was 17th at one meter.

In Saturday afternoon's platform competition. Houser placed 10th in the preliminary round, just missing the finals.
