Appeared in 26 games, starting 24 in goal … led the team with a 2.70 goals against average, a .913 save percentage and four shutouts … posted a 10-13-3 record … recorded three shutouts in a four-start span from Nov. 1-15 … shutout total tied for the eighth most in the country … made 38 saves and dished out an assist in his first start of the year against Ohio State (Oct. 12) … allowed two goals or less in 10 of his 24 starts … named NCHC Goaltender of the Week on Nov. 12 … won four-straight starts from March 8-21, the last of which was a 32-save shutout of North Dakota in the NCHC Tournament Semifinals.

Hockey Commissioners' Association National Rookie of the Month for December ... tabbed CCHA Goalie of the Week (Feb. 4-10) after a 29-save shutout at Western Michigan Feb. 9 ... finished second in the NCAA and tops in the CCHA with a 1.39 GAA ... was also second nationally and first in the CCHA in save percentage (.946) ... split time with fellow rookie Jay Williams, making 23 starts, including the final nine games of the year, while compiling a record of 13-7-2 ... started the season opener against Colgate (Oct. 12), leading the team to a 3-0 shutout victory, becoming the first Miami goalie to pitch a shutout in his debut ... only allowed one goal total in his first four starts and held opponents to a goal or less in 15 starts ... posted four shutouts on the year, also blanking Alaska Dec. 1 and Minnesota State Mar. 30 in the NCAA Tournament, Miami's first shutout in the tournament  ... made a career-high 44 saves Feb. 23 at Lake Superior, the most by a RedHawk since Mar. 28, 2010 ... of his 30 goals allowed, eight came on the power play.

Played three years with the Green Bay Gamblers in the USHL ... named USHL Co-Goalie of the Year following 2011-12 season ... two-time Second-Team All-USHL in 2010-11 and 2011-12 ... tabbed Dave Peterson Goalie of the Year by USA Hockey in 2012 ... won a pair of Clark Cup titles, awarded to the winner of the USHL Playoffs, doing so in 2010 and again in 2012, when he posted a 2.07 GAA and a .922 save percentage in 12 games ... went 27-5-3 in 2011-12 with Green Bay, recording a league-best 2.18 GAA while his .920 save percentage was second in the USHL, en route to an Anderson Cup crown, given to the regular-season champion ... led the Gamblers to the Clark Cup Finals in 2011, after going 25-9-3 with a 2.00 GAA and .928 save percentage during the season, both of which led the USHL ... appeared in 10 playoff games in 2011 with a 1.97 GAA ... compiled 81 wins to just 29 losses in Green Bay during his career ... represented Team USA, along with teammate Sean Kuraly, at the 2011 World Junior A Challenge in British Columbia, helping the U.S. earn bronze, going 2-1 in three games.
