OXFORD, Ohio--Miami University Athletics, who last year became the nation's first school to feature a live webcast of National Letter of Intent Day, will be back on-line next Wednesday, Feb. 2, to announce the RedHawks' newest recruits.

RedHawk Recruiting Live!, presented by Miami Savings Bank and again originating at the football offices inside Yager Stadium, begins at 10 a.m. and runs until 1 p.m. on Miami athletics' website -- www.MURedHawks.com.

From anywhere around the world with internet access, fans tuning in on their computers will have a free ticket to the three-hour event. They'll have the opportunity to get inside information about the newest RedHawk football, field hockey, soccer, and track and field recruits from their soon-to-be head coaches.

Miami coaches Don Treadwell (football), JILL REEVE (field hockey), Warren Mandrell (men's track & field/cross country) and Kelly Phillips (women's track and field/cross country) will all be on hand to talk about the approximately 40 new student-athletes who will wear Red and White.

Hosted by Steve Baker, "The Voice of the RedHawks", and his broadcast team of Tim Bray and Terry Bridge, four different cameras will not only introduce fans to the new recruits through interviews, photos and video clips, they'll be able to get up close and personal with members of Coach Treadwell's new football staff.

Last year's inaugural webcast set MURedHawk records for single-day visits and that's expected again on Feb. 2, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
