OXFORD, Ohio -- Miami University senior receiver ANDY CRUSE continues his preparation for Friday night's (Jan. 11) Casino Del Sol College All-Star Game at Kino Stadium in Tucson, Ariz. Kickoff is at 9 p.m. ET, with the game being carried nationally on ESPN3.
Cruse led all RedHawk receivers with 74 catches in 12 games last season. He scored six touchdowns and averaged 9.2 yards per catch. Career-wise, the Cincinnati native caught 160 passes (sixth on Miami's list) for 1,662 yards (10th) and 13 touchdowns (14th).
The Casino Del Sol College All-Star Game is the second annual post-season football exhibition of draft eligible college seniors. The game provides a platform for selected, elite athletes to showcase their talents to scouts from the NFL, CFL, and Arena teams.
More than 70 NFL scouts are set to be in Tucson for workouts leading up to the game.
