HIGH SCHOOL: A teammate of fellow RedHawk recruits Bryson Albright and Nate Gerbus, Cook helped lead Coach Steve Specht's Bombers to a 10-4 record, a Region 4 championship and a berth in the 2011 Division I state semifinals ... named as the Anthony Munoz Offensive Lineman of the Year ... won first-team all-conference, all-city and All-Southwest Ohio ... the Cincinnati Enquirer named Cook to its Division I all-star team ... he also was a honorable mention selection on the Sports Illustrated All-America team ... he will play in April's Ohio North-South Classic ... ranked No. 65 on ScoutingOhio.com's Top 150 ... lettered three seasons as an offensive center and also three years as a weight man for St. Xavier's track & field squad.
