Miami University’s Austin Czarnik has been named National Collegiate Hockey Conference Offensive Player of the Week following his efforts versus Providence College. The announcement was made by the league office on Monday (Oct. 28) afternoon.

Czarnik totaled five points in the weekend series versus the Friars, assisting on five of Miami’s six goals. The captain picked up a pair of helpers in Miami’s 3-2 loss on Friday and added three points in Saturday’s 4-4 tie in Providence, R.I.
