WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Miami University golf team is in 15th place after two rounds of the Boilermaker Invitational on Saturday. The RedHawks shot a morning round of 316 and improved by 16 shots with an afternoon round of 300 to stand at 40-over par. Iowa leads the tournament at one-over par.

Freshman Bud Radis had the best performance for Miami on Saturday. He started with a round of 77 in the morning. He then shot an even-par round of 72, the low round of the day for any RedHawk. He is tied for 27th individually at five-over par.

Sophomore Luke Shaughnessy had rounds of 76 and 74, and is right behind Radis at six-over par. He is tied for 33rd. Redshirt junior Mark MacDonald is tied for 52nd at 11-over par after rounds of 78 and 77. Freshman Jack Sparling is tied for 82nd at 18-over par, while freshman Daniel Schwarz is 84th at 21-over par.

The Boilermaker Invitational concludes with one final round of 18 holes on Sunday.
