OXFORD, Ohio--Miami University Athletics and the Miami University Alumni Association wrap up the 2012 Miami Athletics' Coaches Caravan with the final stop in Oxford on Thursday, June 7 this week.

In addition to numerous coaches and Swoop, several student-athletes and members of the Miami Athletics staff will be on hand at the event.

Headlining the event are Head Football Coach Don Treadwell and his staff, Head Men's Basketball Coach John Cooper and his staff, Head Ice Hockey Coach Enrico Blasi and his staff, Head Synchronized Skating Coach Carla DeGirolamo and her staff, Head Golf Coach Zac Zedrick, Head Women's Basketball Coach Maria Fantanarosa, Head Men's Swimming Coach Pete Lindsay, Head Women's Swimming Coach Dave Jennings, Head Field Hockey Coach Iñako Puzo , Head Men's Track & Field and Cross Country Coach Warren Mandrell and Head Women's Track & Field and Cross Country Coach Kelly Phillips.

The caravan stops on Thursday, June 7 at 6 p.m. in the Uptown Park in Oxford. The program, emceed by the "Voice of the RedHawks" Steve Baker, begins at 6 p.m. on the East Park Main Stage. Fans can mix and mingle with the coaches, staff and student-athletes at 6:30 p.m. in the Athletic Department Tent located in the West Park. The Uptown Summer Music Festival Concert Series featuring Robin Lacy & DeZydeco starts at 7:30 p.m.

The seven-city Coaches Caravan tour has also included stops in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Toledo, Cleveland and Chicago. It provides Miami alumni, fans, and supporters the opportunity to get an up-close snapshot of select Miami student-athletes, coaches and personnel.
