High School: Earned four varsity letters in both cross country and track & field at Berkshire High School under coach Julie Cole ... has personal bests on the track of 1:58 in the 800 meter run, 4:20 in the 1600 meter run and 9:25 in the 3200 meter run ... clocked a best of 15:43 in the 5K during cross country ... holds Berkshire High School records in the 1600 and 3200 meter runs for track as well as the 5K for cross country ... was both All-Ohio and Academic All-Ohio after finishing second and third in his final two years at the Ohio Division III state meet in the 3200 meters ... also two-time All-Ohio in cross country ... served as captain of both his cross county and track teams during his senior year.
