The Miami University Athletics Department has announced that Red Alert membership for the 2014-15 season is underway. Red Alert, the largest student organization that supports Miami Athletics, will receive enhanced benefits for the upcoming season.
For only $20 a year, a Miami student will receive benefits and rewards including, but not limited to, a Red Alert t-shirt, free food at the tailgate area for football, seating at the 50-yard line inside Yager Stadium and preferred seating at all home hockey games.
All Oxford campus students will continue to receive free admission into all Miami athletic regular season events, with a valid student ID. The University has yet to turn away a student for free admission to a home game.
The goal of Red Alert is to bring students together to create one of the best home-site advantages in college athletics while simultaneously leading the spirit and upholding tradition on Miami’s campus. Non-members can join at any time. To join Red Alert, please visit 203 Millett Hall during normal business hours (8-5 p.m.) with a valid student ID, or visit the Red Alert table on game day.
The Miami marketing department will also have a table at orientation for all incoming freshman to sign up for Red Alert.
