WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Miami University’s golf team returns to action this Saturday when they participate in the Boilermaker Invitational. This two-day tournament will take place at the Kampen Course at the Brick Boilermaker Golf Complex, which is a par-72 and 7,259-yard design. They will be playing 36 holes on Saturday and finishing the tournament Sunday with 18 holes.

Playing for the RedHawks at this weekend’s tournament will be senior Mark MacDonald, junior Scott Cahill, sophomores Jack Sparling and Daniel Schwarz and freshman Greg Conrad. They are a part of a 15-team field that that consists of Drake, Kent State, Northern Illinois, Toledo, Illinois, Louisville, Northwestern, UCLA, Indiana, Ohio State, Wichita State, Iowa, Michigan State, and Purdue.

"My thoughts for this weekend are that this team's prepared for whatever the golf course is going to deal them and they're more than ready to have a good tournament," said coach Zac Zedrick.
