OXFORD, Ohio—The RedHawk men’s basketball team battles the Toledo Rockets at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29. Toledo enters the game with a 17-2 record and a 5-1 Mid-American Conference mark as the co-leader in the MAC overall standings. The RedHawks, who have won three straight and six of their last nine, sit one game out of first in the overall MAC standings at 4-2.

There will be FREE food for students pre-game by the red Miami bleachers. To help combat the frigid temperatures, there also will be FREE parking for Wednesday's game in the West Millett parking lot for students with a valid Miami University ID. The lot opens two hours before tipoff. Students also can catch the U8 North/South Bus Route to Millett Hall, and there will be shuttle service to campus following the game from 8:30-9:30 p.m. During the day on Wednesday, Miami Athletics will be at the Armstrong Student Center at lunch with free mini balls and sunglasses. Be sure to stop by the ASC for free passouts!

At halftime of the game, the Kings Firecrackers jump rope team will perform.

Prior to the game as part of the Armstrong Student Center Grand Opening Celebration, Miami Athletics and the Red & White Club are hosting a pre-game reception at the Armstrong Student Center from 5-6:30 p.m. Attendees will have an opportunity to tour the Armstrong Student Center, hear from Miami football student-athlete Heath Harding and enjoy some light appetizers. The event is free and open to the public. Because parking is limited around the Armstrong Center, a shuttle service will run from the Millett Hall West Lot from 4:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
