OXFORD, Ohio—Miami University’s kickoff time for its football game at Illinois on Saturday, Sept. 28 has been announced. The RedHawks and Fighting Illini will square off at noon (ET), and the game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.

It will be just the third meeting between the schools with Illinois holding a 2-0 advantage in the all-time series. It has been 72 years since the teams last met with the last meeting coming on Oct. 4, 1941 in Champaign, Ill. The first meeting between the teams was in the opening game of the 1932 season and was Miami’s only loss of the year en route to a 7-1 mark.
