OXFORD, Ohio - Following Saturday night's Miami hockey game at Steve Cady Arena against Alaska, Miami fans will have the opportunity to ice skate on the rink with RedHawks players in this year's second Skate with the 'Hawks Night. Miami held its first Skate with the 'Hawks Night on Oct. 13 following its season-opening series with Colgate.

Fans can rent skates from the pro shop at Goggin Ice Center before hitting the ice. Players will return to the ice minutes after the conclusion of the game Saturday and will remain on the ice in their uniforms for approximately 20 minutes. Miami fans will have the chance to skate, talk, get autographs and take pictures with the players during that time.

Saturday night's matchup pits No. 3/4 Miami against fellow CCHA foe No. 20 Alaska. The puck drops at 7:05 p.m. The two teams meet in the first game of the series Friday at 7:35 p.m. Miami swept Alaska in Fairbanks in the two teams' only other series this season (Nov. 30-Dec. 1).
