OTHER OSBORN RECORDS: It has been well documented that senior Courtney Osborn is chasing the all-time scoring record at Miami. She is moving up the list in several other categories as well. With nine assists against NKU on Monday, she now is tied for third all-time with 445 assists. She'll need 152 the rest of the season to break the record of 596 held by Heather Cusick (1999-03). Osborn also ranks third at Miami with 211 three-point baskets made. She needs 27 more to break the record of 237 set by Jenna Schone (2005-09).

OLOWINSKI BLOCK RECORD IN SIGHT: Similar to with Osborn, the major focus on senior Kirsten Olowinski has been her chase of the rebounding and double-double records at Miami. She is also closing in on the all-time block record for the RedHawks. With three against Northern Kentucky last Monday, she now has 126 and needs nine more to break the record of 134 set by Aubree Hamilton (1996-00).

ABOUT THE COLONIALS: Robert Morris is 0-2 on the season, having dropped games at home against Niagara and on the road at Colgate. The Colonials are coming off a successful season in which they went 18-14 and qualified for the WBI Tournament. They are rebuilding however, as they are replacing four starters from last year's team. RMU's returning starter has been very strong in the first two games of his season. Junior forward Artemis Spanou is averaging 21.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. Junior Kelly Hartwell has also been a key player, averaging 10.0 points per game.

Series with robert morris: Miami holds a 2-1 lead in the season series with the Colonials. The RedHawks won last year's meeting on Jan. 2, 2012 in Moon Township, Pa., 61-50. Miami led the majority of the contest and had one of its best defensive efforts of the season, holding Robert Morris to 24.3 percent (17-for-70) shooting. Courtney Osborn led the 'Hawks with 20 points, while Kirsten Olowinski had a double-double with 14 points and 17 rebounds.

MIAMI VS. NORTHEAST CONFERENCE: The Northeast Conference is made up of 12 small private schools in the states of New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Maryland and Pennsylvania. The RedHawks do not have much history against schools from the NEC, holding a 4-2 record all-time. The only other team that Miami has faced from the conference besides Robert Morris is the other school in Pennsylvania, Saint Francis. The RedHawks hold a 2-1 advantage in that series. Miami has never faced Bryant, CCSU, Fairleigh Dickinson, Long Island, Monmouth, Mount St. Mary's, Quinnipiac, Sacred Heart, St. Francis (NY) or Wagner.

UP NEXT FOR THE REDHAWKS: Miami will be off until after the Thanksgiving holiday, but will return for a pair of home games that weekend. On Friday, Nov. 23, the RedHawks will take on College of Charleston at 6 p.m. On Sunday, Nov. 25, Miami will welcome Youngstown State to Millett Hall for a 2 p.m. game.
