OXFORD, Ohio - Miami University football's 2013 Pro Day may attract more visitors than usual this Thursday (Mar. 21), as seven RedHawk players will working out for numerous National Football League coaches and scouts at Yager Stadium.
Miami seniors DJ Brown (CB), Andy Cruse (WR), Zac Dysert (QB), Evan Harris (LB), Pat Hinkel (S), Luke Kelly (LB) and Jason Semmes (DE) will all participate in the proceedings this week.
Dysert is projected to be drafted somewhere between the third round and the six round of the NFL Draft from April 25-27.
Their day begins inside the Walter Gross Family Student-Athlete Development Center for individual height and weight measurements. They'll then engage in a series of other testing, including weight lifting assessments.
While the general public will not be allowed inside the Gross Center, fans may watch from the west stands at Yager Stadium for the running, throwing and receiving workouts. That portion of the testing is expected to begin sometime between 11 and 11:30 a.m. There is no admission charge.
