- Tonight was Senior Night. Seniors Kirsten Olowinski and Courtney Osborn were honored in a pregame ceremony.
- Miami kept Kent State from scoring a field goal for 11:25, during that period Miami outscored Kent State 22-3.
- With nine rebounds Kirsten Olowinski moved to third place on the MAC all-time rebounding record list with 1092.
- Olowinski set a career-high with six assists and tied a season-high with four blocks.
- After making four 3-point shots Courtney Osborn took fourth place on the MAC all-time three-point record list with 284.
- Miami recorded 10 blocks against the Golden Flashes, tying the single game school record set against Dayton (Dec. 12, 2009) and vs. Northern Illinois (Feb. 4, 2006).
- Miami set a new season high for assists with 22.
- All 10 players who saw action scored for the RedHawks.
- Miami shot 66.0 percent (31-for-47) for the game, the third-best single-game total in school history. The record came on Jan. 15, 1983 when the Red and White shot 70.7 percent (41-for-58) against Ohio.
- Hannah Robertson tied a season-high with five assists.
- Kelsey Simon had a career-high tying four blocks.
