HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered twice at running back for Coach Doug Ramsey’s Elder High School team, finishing as Division I state runners-up in 2008 and state semifinalists in 2009 ... the Panthers were 23-5 during Williams’ two seasons, including a national ranking of No. 3 in 2009 ... as a senior, caught 17 passes, averaging nine yards per catch ... earned second-team all-conference honors ... was a member of the 4x100 and 4x200 record-setting sprint relay teams.

PERSONAL: Born Sept. 24, 1992 in Cincinnati ... the son of Robert Williams II and Lena Cain ... his biological mother passed away when Robert was eight years old ... an uncle, David Pool, played in the NFL for five seasons with the Buffalo Bills, the New England Patriots, the Denver Broncos and the Miami Dolphins ... majoring in kinesiology.
